State Roller Skating Championship To Be Held In Chandigarh Starting October 31
A Platform For Players To Reach The National Level
The 48th Chandigarh State Roller Skating Championship will be held in the city from October 31 to November 2. Organized by the Chandigarh Roller Skating Association under the aegis of the Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI), this state-level competition will see Chandigarh’s roller skaters showcase their talent.
The championship will serve as a crucial platform for players to advance to the national level. It is being conducted as a qualifying event for the 64th National Roller Skating Championship (2026-27).
Players who perform well in the state championship will have the opportunity to be selected for the national competition. The 64th National Roller Skating Championship is scheduled to be held in Karnataka from December 5 to 15.
Consequently, the Chandigarh State Championship holds great significance for the participants. During the event, players will demonstrate their speed, technique, and sporting skills as they strive to secure a spot in the national-level team.
According to the Chandigarh Roller Skating Association, the objective of the state championship is to identify talented skaters while providing them with a competitive platform. Through this competition, players will gain the opportunity to represent Chandigarh at the national level.
