Not Everything On Social Media Is True – Mrunal Thakur

A Trace’s Mrunal Thakur has broken her silence amid rumors of her marriage to South star Dhanush. In an interview, Mrunal stated that social media and news discussions no longer affect her, but they used to affect her. Mrunal said, “This is an internal world, and the outside world has its own perception.
Sometimes I find out I’m getting married, sometimes I hear this or that. I wasn’t aware of these things myself. Previously, these things made a big difference, but now I laugh them off.” She further added that if she needs to share information about her personal life or anything special, she will share it on her own social media accounts.
Mrunal Thakur said, “Rumors are not news.” As a journalist, it’s my responsibility to confirm any news with me or my team before publishing it.’ Mrinal explained that she didn’t have a PR team previously, but due to repeated misconceptions and rumors, she had to hire one.
A Trace also stated that her name is linked to several films, even though she hasn’t even been approached for those projects. Later, reports surface that she didn’t do the film because she demanded a higher fee. Mrinal Thakur questioned, “Where are these conversations taking place? Why is it happening? Why is an artist’s image being tarnished?
When a so-called authentic rumor is circulating, isn’t it considered necessary to ask the artist concerned at least once?” Mrinal also expressed displeasure with viral news and misleading headlines. Mrinal said, “I want the focus to be on my work. I don’t believe in using someone else’s name to advance.”
This is not me.” She also concluded the conversation by saying that it’s more important to discuss the film and the characters, because what’s seen on social media isn’t always true. Amid rumors of her marriage to Dhanush, Mrunal’s statement makes it clear that she wants to be known more for her work than for her personal life.
