In this vein, she made an interesting revelation regarding the character played by actress Rakul Preet Singh, who portrays a pivotal role in the film. Sara Ali believes that while every character in the film is special, she held a particular fascination for Rakul Preet Singh’s character, ‘Neelofar.’

When asked whether, given the presence of multiple lead characters in the film, anyone had taken a particular liking to another’s role, Ayushmann shared that Sara Ali was deeply captivated by Rakul Preet’s character. He noted that Sara feels Neelofar’s dialogues are the absolute best. Weighing in on the matter, Sara Ali Khan herself spoke up and heaped praise on Rakul Preet’s comic timing. She stated, “I really loved the character of Neelofar. I felt a strong affinity for this role right from the moment I read the script.
However, now that I have witnessed firsthand how Rakul has portrayed it, I feel that this role was absolutely perfect for her. Rakul looks so entertaining in it that I feel everything turned out for the best. If there were a parallel universe, I would definitely have wanted to play the character of Neelofar.” Additionally, Rakul Preet Singh also shared her own experiences. Rakul, who has previously worked with Ayushmann Khurrana, mentioned that working with friends again is quite easy and enjoyable. What stood out as unique this time around was the immense sense of ease and comfort on the set. “We were already familiar with each other’s working styles. This makes the work process much easier and full of fun.”
