Aneet Padda, who shot to fame with the 2025 film ‘Saiyara’, is now set to appear in a web series. The trailer of Hunkkaar: The Roar’ was released during an event in Mumbai. JioHotstar released the trailer of ‘Hunkkaar: The Roar’.
This look introduces us to ‘Meenu’, a girl of the new generation who breaks the conventional assumptions made by society about the behavior of a victim. Her decisions challenge people and force them to question their assumptions.
Directed by Karan D. Kapadia along with Nitya Mehra and Hiraz Marfatia and produced by Karan D. Written by Kapadia and Nitya Mehra, ‘Hunkkaar: The Roar’ is backed by Birla Studios and Applause Entertainment, with Purple Pebble Pictures and Mangata Films Productions also supporting it.
Aneet Padda gave more details about playing the role of ‘Meenu’. The ‘Saiyaara’ actress said, “Meenu is not defined by the incident that happened to her, but by the decisions she takes after it.” Starring Nauj Fatima Sheikh, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub, Arjun Mathur, Raghubir Yadav and Ram Kapoor in pivotal roles, Hunkkaar: The Roar is expected to release on JioHotstar on September 25.
