Lookout Circular Issued Against Singer; Police Remove Song From Youtube

Haryana Police have taken major action against rapper Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia, also known as Badshah, for allegedly spreading objectionable content on social media. An FIR has been registered in connection with his recently released song “Tattiri” and the process of issuing a Lookout Circular (LOC) has been initiated to prevent him from leaving the country. Police have also removed the song from YouTube and issued notices to remove the song from all social media platforms.

Panchkula Police have issued a notice to the singer to immediately appear before the police. Several police teams have been formed to ensure the arrest of the accused and are conducting raids at potential locations. Police say the controversial song has been taken down. Efforts are also underway to remove reels and short videos related to the song from other music platforms, YouTube channels, and personal social media handles.

Strict action will be taken against anyone found making a reel or video related to this controversial song or broadcasting objectionable content. An FIR was registered on March 6 at the Panchkula Sector 20 Cyber ​​Police Station under Section 296 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986.

According to the police, the video depicts girls wearing school uniforms throwing away their school bags and running away from their studies. It is also alleged that the school and educational environment are being misrepresented. The song depicts a Jind Roadways depot bus. If the bus is found to be used without permission, action will be taken against the individuals involved under Section 120B. The song also depicts a school campus. The police are also investigating whether permission was obtained from the competent authority for the shooting.

Badshah Releases Video Apologizes

Badshah has apologized for the controversial song “Tattiri.” Releasing a video on social media, Badshah stated that the song’s lyrics and visuals have hurt the sentiments of the people of Haryana. Describing himself as a Haryanvi, Badshah said, “I never intended to use derogatory words about children, women, and daughters, nor will I ever do so in the future. My goal is to elevate Haryana’s culture and dialect. If anyone has been offended by the song, I apologize.”

Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Durga Vahini, And Matri Shakti Expressed Objection

Organizations such as Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Durga Vahini, and Matri Shakti have expressed strong objection. Varun, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s provincial minister, stated that such songs send a broad message to society. Vishwa Hindu Parishad Matri Shakti provincial convenor Indu stated that society can never accept any material that insults the dignity of daughters and women in the name of entertainment. Durga Vahini provincial convenor Neha and co-convenor Radhika have demanded strict action against singer Badshah.
