Recounting the incident involving the woman, the actress said, “At the place where I go for yoga, a woman approached me and asked, ‘Could I speak with you for a moment?’ I wondered, ‘What kind of conversation can we have right in the middle of a yoga session?’ So, I asked her to wait; however, she wasn’t willing to wait at all. She wanted to speak with me right then and there.” She told me, “My daughter has been abandoned by her in-laws, and I simply did not have the courage to confront them.
Then, one day, I watched ‘Chiraiya’, and I wept profusely. After watching it, I finally found the courage to face them.” Divya Dutta added, “We are receiving this kind of feedback regarding the series. It makes one realize the true power of visual media and the strength inherent in a compelling story. If a story is presented exceptionally well, people connect with it on a personal level; witnessing such a response is truly a wonderful feeling.”
