Panjab University Releases Schedule For LLB Entrance Exam
Exam To Be Held In The Last Week Of June, Apply By This Date
Panjab University has released the schedule for the PU-PGLAW Entrance Test 2026, which is conducted for admission into the three-year professional LLB course. According to information released by PU, the entrance examination will be held on June 28.
The PU administration has announced that the prospectus and application forms for the entrance examination have been made available online. Interested candidates can visit the PU-PGLAW admission portal to register online by June 13. Candidates must submit the application fee online by June 15, while the final deadline for completing and submitting the entire application form has been set for June 17.
There are 300 seats available for the LLB course within PU’s Department of Laws. Additionally, admissions for 60 seats each will be granted at the Panjab University Regional Centre, UIL PU Regional Centre, and the Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri Regional Centre in Hoshiarpur.
Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories, as well as wards of PU employees, who wish to avail of a concession on the entrance examination fee, must submit a hard copy of their application form along with the necessary supporting documents to the Assistant Registrar, CET Cell, Aruna Ranjit Chandra Hall, PU Chandigarh, by June 19.
Admit cards will be available online on the university website starting June 23. Candidates who have paid the application fee but were unable to complete the application submission process may finalize their forms by 4:00 PM on June 25, subject to the payment of a late fee of ₹500.
Admit cards for such candidates will be issued manually by the CET Cell on June 26. PU advises all candidates to carefully read the eligibility criteria, the prospectus, and other regulations before applying.
