How Can Indane Customers Do E-KYC?
Indane customers can do e-KYC through the IndianOil ONE app. After logging in with the registered mobile number, go to My Profile and select the Re-KYC option. After this, complete the facial verification through the Aadhaar FaceRD app by entering the Aadhaar number and submit the request.
Process for Bharat Gas customers : Bharat Gas customers can use the Hello BPCL app. After logging in with the registered mobile number, go to the LPG section and select your LPG ID. Then select the option of e-KYC or Aadhaar Authentication and complete the facial verification through OTP and FaceRD.
How To Get HP Gas Customers Verified?:
HP Gas customers can complete this process through the HP Pay app. After signing in with the mobile number, select the LPG/Gas Connection option and then click on Aadhaar Authentication. After giving consent, complete the facial authentication and ensure that the verification status is updated successfully.
According to the information given, customers who do not complete e-KYC on time may lose their government LPG subsidy, including the Rs 300 subsidy under the Ujjwala scheme. LPG connections may also be placed in the suspended or dormant category, which may lead to problems in booking gas through the app, IVR or WhatsApp. LPG customers are advised to complete their e-KYC process before the last date.
