A Customer Who Has Been Wandering For RC For 5 Months Has A Unique Protest

A customer, upset about the non-registration of the car even after almost five months of buying it, protested in a unique way. A new Innova car worth more than Rs 31 lakh was seen being pulled by an ox on the road in Moga. The car owner, Davinderpal Singh, loaded his car with fodder and took it to the city from in front of the IGM Toyota showroom via GT Road with the help of an ox.

Davinderpal says that despite buying the car 5 months ago, the RC has not been made yet. After contacting the company and the agency several times, there was no solution, so he protested in the same way.

He said that after complaining, the car agency took an additional Rs 50,000 saying that the price of the car has increased and the registration charge will now be higher. Even after this, nothing happened, so he called the company, from where he got a reply that if it is urgent, then start transporting fodder on it by then.

According to Davinderpal Singh, he had booked an Innova Hycross ZX for ₹31 lakh 30 thousand about five months ago. Even after 5 months of getting the vehicle, its RC. He did not get it. He made many rounds of the agency for this. Davinderpal alleges that when he talked to the agency, they kept on delaying. For many days, they kept making him go around the showroom only. Not only this, an employee even told him that now ‘carry only fodder’ on the vehicle.

Angry with this, he loaded fodder on his new Innova and protested in front of the showroom by pulling it with an ox. He says that even after five months, the problem was not resolved, so he registered his protest in this way.

According to Devinderpal, he contacted the Chandigarh RTO office to get the RC made, but there was a difference between the billing amount and the amount recorded in the RTO records. The officials said that the vehicle will be registered only after the bill is corrected. The customer alleges that due to the lack of billing arrangements in Moga, the bill is made from Ludhiana and this is why the problem has increased.
