Jyotirmai Nayak won the title of ‘Indian Idol 16’. Along with the winning trophy in the grand finale, she received a cash prize of ₹20 lakh from Sony Entertainment Television.
The top three finalists of the 16th season of this singing reality show were Manraj Veer Singh, Jyotirmai Nayak and Tanishk Shukla, out of which Jyotirmai Nayak was the winner in the end. Tanishk finished as the first runner-up, while Manraj became the second runner-up.
Badshah, Kumar Sanu and Shreya Ghoshal were present as judges for the finale of Indian Idol 16, while Vishal Dadlani joined via video call. Apart from this, actress Shehnaaz Gill attended the event as a special guest.
