“Kennedy” Is A Life-Changing Film – Sunny Leone

Actress Sunny Leone will soon be seen in Anurag Kashyap’s film “Kennedy.” Sunny Leone considers this film to be the most special in her 15-year career. She says she couldn’t believe it when Anurag Kashyap called her for this film. “Kennedy” is very ready and has already received praise at several international film festivals. Now, Sunny Leone has spoken about her experience working on the film.

Sunny Is Excited About The Film

During the conversation, Sunny Leone talked about her preparation for the film and the seriousness of the project. She said, “I’m very excited. I was there for a short time, but working on this film was an amazing experience. The hard work that went into it, the number of places we visited for this film, and the response we received from different places, countries, film festivals, and even the general public, has been amazing. It’s really exciting.” Kennedy finally found a home.’ Regarding her limited screen time in the film, Sunny said, “It’s definitely about the character. It’s not about the screen time. It’s about how impactful that time is in the film. I think it was a wonderful experience for me to be a part of it. When you watch it, it doesn’t feel like I’m there and then I disappear. It’s not based on just one person, like most big films. It has many different characters.”

Sunny Leone’s First Meeting With Anurag Kashyap

Recalling her first meeting with Anurag Kashyap, Sunny Leone said, “I was shocked. I thought, ‘You wanted to call me?’ So he called Daniel first, and Daniel said, ‘Why are you asking me, brother? You should call Sunny directly and ask.’ So when he called, Daniel said, ‘Oh my God, this is amazing.’ And then he called and said he wanted me to audition for the role.” I was ready to audition, but I had to beg for it because they kept saying, “You don’t need to audition.” I told them, “Please. If it’s in English, don’t send it, but if it’s in Hindi, send it.”

Some words might be difficult. So they sent the dialogues, and I memorized them. I had no idea that all these people in the office were playing a prank on me. I found out during dinner at Cannes. They said, “Yeah, we played a prank on you. We just wanted to see if you would come.” I said, “Are you telling the truth?” I had memorized the dialogues. I was very nervous.

The Character Was Challenging.

Describing her character Charlie as challenging, Sunny says that Anurag was confident I would do it, but I wasn’t. One of the biggest challenges of the role was imitating Charlie’s distinctive laugh exactly. He wanted it from the beginning. But I was thinking, I’ve never laughed like that in my entire life. Who laughs like that? So, wherever I went, I started laughing like Charlie. To prepare for the role, we took dialogue coaching, attended script readings, and workshops. They didn’t change a single line of mine, which was great. It’s truly a life-changing film.
