This academy will serve as the region’s first modern and professional cricket training facility. Players across various age groups will receive training here. The academy will emphasize advanced coaching, modern training techniques, and technology-driven performance analysis to ensure the holistic development of young players.

To promote cricket training within the city, several former cricketers are actively training the youth. Former Indian cricketer Dinesh Mongia established a cricket academy at DAV College in Sector-10, where young players receive training. Mongia has also launched a similar academy in the Mohali district.

Yuvraj Singh’s father, Yograj Singh, is also coaching young and professional cricketers at the same college. Additionally, former Indian cricketer Ratinder Sodhi is training children at an academy located in Mullanpur (Togan). Through these academies, cricket talent in the region is receiving a superior platform and expert guidance.
