Sunil Jakhar Lashes Out Over Allegations Of illegal Occupation Of Govt. Bungalows

"Wake Up, Punjab's Leaders; Thieves Have Entered Your Home"

Former Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) over the alleged misuse of Punjab’s government resources. Jakhar alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party brought people from Delhi to Punjab and facilitated their alleged illegal occupation of government bungalows meant for Punjab’s ministers. He urged Punjab’s political leaders to raise their voices on this issue and demonstrate seriousness regarding the protection of government properties.

Punjab’s Leaders Must Wake Up Now.

Jakhar stated that Punjab’s political parties and leaders need to wake up. He questioned who exactly is using these government bungalows and on what basis these accommodations were provided to them. He asserted that government housing is not meant for political party workers or individuals brought in from outside; their allotment must strictly adhere to established rules.

An Issue Concerning Punjab’s Rights And Govt. Assets.

Jakhar remarked that this is not merely a matter of government bungalows but an issue concerning Punjab’s rights and government assets. Warning Punjab’s leaders, he stated that if voices are not raised against such matters today, the situation could become far more serious in the future.

He added that when these individuals take the stage to participate in political activities, questions will inevitably arise regarding the basis of their presence in Punjab and the rules under which government facilities were extended to them. Jakhar said, “Wake up, politicians of Punjab; thieves have entered your home.”

BJP Leader Reveals Who Received The Accommodation.

The BJP leader demanded that the complete records regarding the allotment and usage of government bungalows be made public. He also called for clarity on exactly who was allotted which government residence and the specific rules followed in the process. Jakhar stated that if rules have been violated at any level, the matter should be investigated and action taken against those responsible. He added that Punjab’s government assets must be utilized in a transparent manner, and no political party can be permitted to use them arbitrarily.
