Filmmaker Inderjit Lankesh’s film ‘Jai Hind, Jai Sindh’ is set to release in October. Adding to the excitement, the makers have also released two stunning first-look posters of the drama. Sharing his vision behind the film, the drama’s producer, Sammy Nanwani, said, “Jai Hind, Jai Sindh.
A love story is not just a film; it is an experience of love that breaks boundaries. The overwhelming response to our first two posters is very humbling. With cinematic stalwarts like Mahesh Manjrekar and Jaya Prada, along with an incredibly talented group of actors, the canvas is completely elevated. We wanted to give the audience a taste of both the intimate emotion and the vast cinematic scale that directors Indrajit Lankesh, Charan Suvarna and the entire team have brought to life. October has always been a magical month for grand cinematic spectacles, and we can’t wait to bring this labour of love to cinemas across the world in October 2026.”
The main cast of the drama also includes Zarina Wahab, Vikram Kochhar, Upasana Singh, Indira Tiwari, Chhaya Kadam, Rahul Dev, Pooja Katyal, Ankit Arora and Amit Bahl. Focusing on the Sindhi community, ‘Jai Hind, Jai Sindh’ is expected to delve deep into the historical and emotional scenario of the Partition of India.
Earlier, talking about his next film, actor Amit Bahl said that the film depicts the journey of every Indian.
“Jai Hind Jai Sindh this is the journey of all of us. This is the journey of every Indian, and from Sindh to travelling across India, all the characters come together and do this journey with all their heart. I am a small part of this journey, but I am proud to be a part of this film. I believe that with everyone’s wishes, this film will create history,” shared Amit.
