The post sparked speculations on social media that things might not be going well between her and Ali Goni.
However, the actress has now rubbished these speculations through an Instagram story. “Not everything in my life has a deep message about my relationship. Sometimes a woman is just talking about herself,” Jasmine wrote.
She also expressed her displeasure with the media and social media pages that were linking her post to the relationship. Jasmine said that it was surprising to see how some people, just to get opinions and attention, misinterpret posts and use photos of couples to spread rumors. She wrote in a light-hearted tone, “Stay calm, guys!”
Jasmine later deleted the post that caused controversy. In that post, she explained how she spent a long time trying to change herself and live up to the expectations of others. She wrote that she kept trying to fit into different molds to find love and affection, but in the process, she lost herself. She said that she has now learned to choose herself and live life on her own terms.
Jasmine Bhasin and Ali Goni are one of the most talked about couples in the TV industry. They first met on Rohit Shetty’s reality show “Khatron Ke Khiladi 9” in 2018. While shooting for the show in Argentina, they struck up a deep friendship, which later blossomed into love. In 2020, during “Bigg Boss 14”, they openly accepted their relationship.
Jasmine’s latest statement has made it clear that the rumors of her and Ali Goni’s breakup are just rumors, and her recent post was just to share her feelings about confidence, self-acceptance and personal growth.
